Annual Meeting 2025

What:  An opportunity for the Sierra meadows community to come together to connect, learn from one another, and be inspired to advance our  Sierra Meadow strategy.

When: May 28-30, 2025

Where: Chester, CA

Tentative Schedule:

Day 1, May 28 - Travel to site, field tour, and time to connect

• 2:00 - 5:00 PM – Field tour of Childs Meadow 

• 5:00 - 6:00 PM – No Host Happy Hour

 

Day 2, May 29 - Presentations and breakout sessions

Almanor Recreation Center, 451 Meadowbrook Loop, Chester, CA 96020

• 8:00 - 9:00 AM – Breakfast (Eat at hotel or we will have some light breakfast options at the meeting location)

• 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Morning session

• 12:00 - 1:00 PM – Lunch (provided onsite)

• 1:00 - 5:00 PM – Afternoon session

• 5:00 - 6:00 PM – Dinner (provided onsite)

• 6:00 - 7:00 PM - Lightning Talks

 

Day 3, May 30 - Field tours 

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Field Tours
