What: An opportunity for the Sierra meadows community to come together to connect, learn from one another, and be inspired to advance our Sierra Meadow strategy.

When: May 29-31, 2024

Where: Montecito Sequoia Lodge in Sequoia National Forest (see map below)

Tentative Schedule:

Day 1 - Travel to site, field tour, and time to connect

• 2:00 - 4:00 – Field tour of Big Meadow 

• 5:00 - 6:00 – No host happy hour

• 6:00 - 7:00 – Dinner

• 7:30 - 9:00 – Evening Social/Campfire

 

Day 2 - Presentations and workgroups

• 7:30 - 9:00 – Breakfast

• 9:00 - 12:30 – Morning session

• 12:30 - 1:30 – Lunch

• 1:30 - 5:00 – Afternoon session

• 5:30 - 6:30 – Dinner

• 7:30 - 9:00 - Lightning Talks

 

Day 3 - Field tour 

• 7:30 - 9:00 – Breakfast

• 9:00 - 2:00 – Field tour of Log Meadow and Halstead Meadow in Sequoia National Park
